All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

If item is on back-order in which case we will notify you of the expected delivery date. Certain items are "special order" and will require additional time for production. We offer USPS and FedEx services that are available upon checkout. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders over $1000 will require a signature unless otherwise noted.
 
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 480.500.8995 for charges if not available on website.
